Un lugar para descubrir. Situado en la mero centro del pueblo mágico este hotel cuenta con un estilo mestizo entre colonial y europeo. Sus habitaciones cuentan con muebles originales del año 1800 HACK: Puedes pasar una mañana agradable desayunando en su salón o jardín y una tarde en su terraza ordenado algo en el bar.

Beautiful and very traditional. The courtyard is very accommodating with comfortable furniture making social time a "look forward to" experience. The same goes for the rooftop. Comfortable furniture, patio heaters, table lamps, and a view of the city. Intimate, casual, or social..... where would you like to sit? Scarves for the ladies to wear are neatly hung on railing of the spiral staircase leading up to the roof. Nice touch. The included breakfast was a large fruit plate, toast, coffee, and juice. Very nice.
Bravo! Your breakfast room is an amazingly beautiful location and the lady who serves breakfast is the most hospitable and amiable person met to date. Such an outstanding experienced that it wasn't until the second morning that we realized we were being served powdered eggs. Please address this!
From the moment we walked into The Colonial, we were charmed. The atmosphere and the staff were simply lovely. They could not do enough for us - helping with luggage, making tasty breakfast, chatting with us, and simply making our stay delightful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed their recommendations for restaurants. We stayed twice on our annual return to the US and were very disappointed to learn they are temporarily closed in 2021. Everyone’s experiences are different, but ours in The Colonial was truly relaxing and lovely.

I can not say enough positive things about our friends at Hotel Colonial. It is very affordable for what you are getting - exquisite hacienda with unmatched staff. The rooftop restaurant has incredible pizza with an amazing view. Location is perfect, right next to the plaza. Rooms are all just breathtaking and the breakfast that is included is like having your mom cook for you. We are moving to Alamos and stayed here while house hunting. Highly suggest this place.
